Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Integration & Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in streamlining internal workflows, building automation solutions, and ensuring smooth integration between systems and tools. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies to support ongoing initiatives and optimize processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in automation and/or system integration roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp).
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Power Automate, Workato, or custom scripts (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation techniques (e.g., JSON, XML).
  • Ability to build and manage automated reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and product teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain workflow automations to improve internal processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between systems (e.g., CRMs, ticketing systems, communication tools).
  • Generate and manage automated reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver effective solutions.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor the performance of automations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with internal standards.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Airflow).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of databases and querying (e.g., SQL).
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools or platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex AI) for enhancing automation or reporting workflows.
  • Ability to integrate AI-based solutions into business processes or internal tools.
