Position Title: Executive – Automation Engineer (Maintenance)

No. of vacancies: 1Term of Employment: Direct ContractLocation.: Bhilai / Ready to relocate Anywhere in IndiaEducation Qualification: BE/ – Electrical/ Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation

No. Of Years Of Relevant Exp. Required

BE with Minimum 6 Yrs Experience (4 Years in Steel Melting shop)

Specialization

Steel plant / Steel melting shop.

Should have working experience of control and field instrumentation for converters, Transfer car mechanism, Ladle furnaces, Tilting stand, Over head cranes, Continuous casting shop, Slab caster, Bloom caster, Twin hearth furnace. Degasser, De sulphuration plant.
Should have the thorough knowledge of Steel melting shop process.
Should have hands of experience of resolving critical breakdowns related to Siemens make S7-PLC, Communication system, Siemens Drives, HMI system.
Should have Maintenance process knowledge.
Should have a experience of leading a team of more than 50 members.
Should possess good communication and presentation skill.
Should be able to work as a service provider at customer location, able to manage and convince customer with proper justification, data and MIS.

Should Have Handled Following Systems

Siemens S7 PLC
He should have good knowledge of CFC programming of PCS7 ,+ Step7 & Wincc server client architecture. Also, good knowledge in pointer type logic (STL/FBD) & .experienced in troubleshooting and diagnostic
Simatic Drives
SCADA – System
Remote control and operation platform
Field Instrumentation like transmitter, flow, level and temperature measurements.
Profibus and Profinet system
Overhead crane control syste
