What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our Corporate Systems team. This role will focus on designing and implementing automation solutions across infrastructure and application environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, systems integration, and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in .NET, C#, C++, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about streamlining operations through automation.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business and technical processes.
• Leverage Power Automate, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio to build scalable, low-code automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using .NET, C#, and C++.
• Build and optimize SQL Server databases and automate data operations.
• Deploy and manage cloud-based automation using Microsoft Azure services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support legacy systems while contributing to modernization and cloud migration efforts.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive automation for reliability and efficiency.
• Document automation processes and provide training/support to internal teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in automation engineering or infrastructure development.
• Proficiency in: UiPath Suite and Power Automate Suite, .NET Framework, C#, C++, VB, and Python, SQL Server and database integration, Custom API Integration, Machine Learning and AI Integration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud automation.
• Familiarity with solution architecture and scalable automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience establishing Automation Centers of Excellence.
• Exposure to security and compliance automation frameworks.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
