You will excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, leveraging your network to meet the organization's hiring needs and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on open hiring requirements to ensure prompt closure of positions. - Understand hiring needs thoroughly and apply best hiring practices. - Source candidates through multiple channels, including in-house databases. - Screen candidates to assess profile fitment. - Plan, coordinate, and schedule interviews with the hiring team. - Organize and manage campus recruitment activities as required. - Engage proactively with the hiring team and candidates throughout the interview process. - Maintain regular communication with candidates. - Generate necessary status reports on hiring progress. - Develop branding and talent acquisition strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a global high-tech or product-based company. - Relevant degree or MBA in HR, or equivalent experience in a related field. - Strong understanding of IT technologies and skillsets for recruitment. - Expertise in IT recruitment and various hiring methods. - Experience in campus recruitment. - Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and other recruitment tools. - Ability to leverage connections and strong networking skills. - Proficiency in creating relevant reports. - Excellent multitasking skills, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency. - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Flexibility in schedule and ownership of the hiring process. - Willingness to dedicate time for recruitment activities. - Proactive attitude with high-level ownership and accountability.
