Position Overview ( 0-1 years of experience required )

SpeedFetch is seeking a Python Selenium Automation Developer with 0–1 years of experience to join our core automation team.

The selected candidate will work on developing and maintaining automated systems for web interaction, data capture, and test automation in production-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, optimize, and maintain high-quality automation scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify, scope, and implement automation solutions

- Run, monitor, and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure high uptime and accuracy

- Ensure integration of automation tasks with CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines

- Maintain structured documentation and version control of all automation codebases

- Adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards in all automation work

Required Qualifications

- Strong command over Python, with hands-on experience in automation scripting

- Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser-based automation

- Familiarity with PyTest, unittest, or equivalent testing frameworks

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript DOM

- Experience with Git and version control best practices

- Solid analytical and debugging skills

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI

- Basic understanding of API testing and tools like Postman

- Understanding of modular test architecture, including Page Object Model (POM)

- Prior experience in Agile-based project teams is a plus
