About the Role:

We are looking for someone to join our team and take ownership of integrating our chillers, bathtubs, and related systems with centralized monitoring and control displays. This role involves working with control PCBs, embedded systems, wiring, and automation logic to ensure seamless connectivity and user-friendly operation. You will be responsible for both hardware (wiring, PCB, sensors) and software (microcontroller programming, logic development) aspects of system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain control PCBs and embedded systems for equipment integration.
  • Handle circuit design, PCB development, and microcontroller programming to connect sensors and controllers to displays.
  • Program and implement the logic for sensor-to-display communication and command execution.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and service PCBs, wiring, and control systems.
  • Integrate automation systems (including PLCs) for smooth operation of chillers, bathtubs, and related equipment.
  • Work closely with the design and operations team to ensure system stability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Conduct testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of automation and control systems.
  • Document system architecture, wiring diagrams, PCB schematics, and programming logic.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industrial standards at every stage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems.
  • Hands-on experience in microcontrollers, embedded systems, and PCB design/repair.
  • Proficiency in programming microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, PIC, STM, or similar).
  • Good understanding of sensor integration, display interfaces, and logic flow.
  • Ability to read/create wiring diagrams, PCB schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Safety-first mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with IoT-based monitoring and remote control systems.
  • Exposure to HMI/SCADA systems.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, RS485, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
