Automation Architect

BluPrint Growth is an AI-driven consulting firm building end-to-end revenue systems for U.S. PropTech and Software clients. We are not selling "AI". We sell measurable, pipeline-generating systems. You will be the sole AutomationArchitect responsible for building, deploying, and owning the core technical backbone of our service delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build the system architecture by designing and deploying complex, resilient workflows primarily using n8n (preferred) and/or Make.com.
• Build secure, reliable data flows between outreach tools, CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), and third-party APIs.
• Prototype and build Voice Agent systems for lead screening for various use cases.
• Implement robust error handling for all client automations
• Support the transition from remote work to the in-person Mumbai office after 6 months

Required Expertise (Your Core Skills):

• You must be an expert user of n8n (preferred) and/or Make.com, capable of designing and maintaining complex, reliable automation flows.
• We require high proficiency with REST APIs, Webhooks, and custom JSON parsing to move data seamlessly between different software systems.
• Knowledge of CRM operations (HubSpot/Salesforce) is a strong plus.
• You have a strong technical track record of building systems focused on data integrity and comprehensive logging to eliminate fragmentation.
• Technical experience or deep knowledge in building and deploying AI Voice Agents for tasks like lead screening is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,200,000.00 per year
