As an Automation Architect, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading testing engagements for assigned projects within a domain under Functional testing. Your responsibilities will include designing the testing strategy, allocating tasks to team members, coordinating with clients to understand requirements, providing technical direction to the team, and ensuring delivery on customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:** - Design and build test harnesses for Automation Testing - Design and architect test automation framework, develop new test automation libraries - Design and execute Regression Test Pack using frontend and backend test scripts - Implement QA process and Automated testing for all work streams to improve testing cycle - Ensure continuous upskilling of the team - Assist with automation test planning - Utilize appropriate testing tools for front-end and back-end Quality Assurance - Identify and capture test data to support test cases - Ensure reusability of test scripts across projects - Test Environment set-up/management, monitoring, and streamline release management to QA Environments **Qualifications Required:** - 8 years of experience in Automation with 3 years of team handling experience - Retail domain experience required, proficiency in Selenium, Katalon (Must) with other automation tools - Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Katalon, UFT, etc. - Expertise in CT integration with CICD and Automation on a cloud environment - Strong experience in managing automation test projects and implementation of automation framework - Team lead experience with offshore and onshore model preferred - Strong client interaction and presentation skills This is a great opportunity for an experienced Automation Architect to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of testing engagements within the organization.
