Automation & Analytics Analyst (No-Code/iPaaS) n8n/Make/Zapier + Excel

Role Summary

Own the operating system: standardise data capture (Google Forms/Excel), build live dashboards, and automate cross-department workflows so farm, factory, and QSR hit targets every week.

1. Run the operating rhythm

   across tiers with daily/weekly huddles and visual boards.

2. Define and maintain KPI contracts

   (formulas, targets, owners, data sources) for Farm/Factory/QSR; keep a single source of truth.

3. Own standard work

   : draft/refresh SOPs; convert into checklists/audits with HACCP/ISO controls and corrective-action paths.

4. Build and manage data-capture systems

   using Google Forms validated Excel/Sheets with submission tracking.

5. Design and operate workflow automations

   (n8n/Make/Zapier + AI) with retries, alerts, run logs, and SLAs.

6. Publish dashboards and management reports

   , including a weekly CEO one-pager with wins, risks, and actions.

7. Lead S&OP / integrated planning

   monthly: align demand, capacity, materials, and staffing; release the plan and track plan vs actual.

8. Manage unit economics & cost control

   : maintain recipes/BOMs; report standard vs actual (yield, waste, labour minutes) and drive margin improvements.

9. Own master data management (MDM)

   for SKUs, suppliers, locations, machines, and recipes with version control.

10. Set governance, security, and business continuity

    : structure folders/permissions, backups/archives, and offline/QR fallbacks.

11. Run CAPA & continuous improvement

    : log issues, root-cause, assign corrective actions, and track impact.

12. Enable training & change management

    : short Looms, how-to tabs, refreshers, and adoption metrics.

13. Create vendor/procurement scorecards

    and drive supplier performance improvements.

14. Maintain the automation roadmap

    prioritized by ROI/risk; communicate status and next wins to CEO & HoDs.

15. Administer tools

    (n8n/Make, BI, Asana/Slack) and credentials; keep environments healthy and compliant.
