Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:
B.Tech/B.E. (Food Tech, Agriculture, Production/Industrial, Mechanical), B.Sc. (Food Tech, Agriculture, Dairy Science), MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience:
10–15 years in operations with 5+ years in leadership; P&L of 50+ crore; background in food processing, agriculture/dairy, FMCG, or QSR.
Skills:
Strong ops & supply chain expertise; food safety systems; ERP/MES & process automation experience.
