Business Analyst / MIS Executive (Excel & Reporting Growing QSR)

Role & Responsibilities

• Collect daily operational data from farm, factory, and restaurant managers.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly Excel/Google Sheets reports for management.
  
• Verify if departments are following processes and assist in completing audit forms.
  
• Review all department audit reports monthly and create a performance dashboard.
  
• Spot-check audits for accuracy and submit a compiled report to the CEO.
  
• Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and department-specific audit checklists.
  
• Research best practices from leading QSR brands.
  
• Learn and implement automation for repetitive tasks (training provided).
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Any Graduate, B.Com, BBA, MBA, Diploma in Computers, or B.Tech/B.E (CS, IT, ECE).

• Experience:

  02 years (Freshers welcome).

• Skills Required:

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts).
  
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
  
• Strong written English for report preparation.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a fast learner.
  

• Bonus Skills:

• Dashboard creation experience.
  
• Knowledge of Tally or ERP systems.
  
• Experience in hospitality/FMCG/QSR operations.
