International BPO Customer Service with Upselling

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls for Australian telecom customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns
  • Recommend and upsell telecom products and services to customers
  • Maintain accuracy in customer records and ensure satisfaction
  • Work towards achieving sales and service targets

Candidate Requirements :

  • HSC / Graduate (Experienced candidates with minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience)
  • Excellent English communication skills

    both spoken & written
  • Prior BPO experience preferred (customer service/upselling/telecom domain)
  • Willingness to work in

    Australian shifts

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
