Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Australian Accountant located in the Zirakpur, Mohali district. The Australian Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting functions, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards and regulations. The role also involves tax calculation and filing, reconciling bank statements, and providing financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Australian accounting standards and regulations
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and managing accounts payable and receivable
• Experience with tax calculation, filing, and payroll management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CA or CPA is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
