Auditor Cum Implementer

Responsible for leading and managing the implementation of management system standards across assigned client projects. Conduct opening meetings and awareness training sessions at the commencement of each project to ensure client readiness. Review, validate, and approve gap analysis reports and customized checklists developed by team members. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all project documents and deliverables to clients. Conduct client-site training sessions for staff and workers when required to support compliance objectives. Monitor the overall implementation process to ensure adherence to applicable standards and organizational guidelines. Provide technical guidance and managerial support to team members in resolving implementation-related challenges. Conduct mock audits and audit preparedness meetings to assess compliance and readiness for certification or buyer audits. Participate in external audits conducted by certification bodies or clients as needed. Review and approve Corrective Action and Preventive Reports (CAPR) following each audit cycle. Oversee the preparation and analysis of Daily Work Done (DWD) and Project Monitoring (PM CAD) reports to track progress. Maintain effective team communication and ensure timely reporting through structured updates and reporting systems. Develop and execute monthly audit plans, revenue forecasts, and productivity targets for the assigned team. Continuously monitor project progress, visit schedules, and team performance to ensure operational efficiency. Prepare weekly work plans and schedules to align with project timelines and deliverables. Participate in organizational training programs, process improvement initiatives, and team development activities. Conduct competency mapping and arrange training programs to enhance team knowledge and skills. Lead periodic review meetings to evaluate project outcomes and team performance. Stay abreast of updates to relevant standards and ensure their effective implementation in ongoing projects. Handle client feedback, complaints, and implementation-related issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with certification bodies and clients to facilitate smooth audit scheduling and processing. Ensure timely completion of projects and contribute to achieving organizational revenue and performance targets.
