We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets — without managing a team. This position is ideal for a self-starter who excels in end-to-end sales management and enjoys working independently. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in line with company goals. Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Attend sales leads generated by tele calling team. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
