Audit Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at AJC Bose Road. The ideal candidate should be a CA or CA Dropout with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in audit, including Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Stock Audit, and Bank Audit. You will play a key role in managing audit assignments across a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage various audit engagements, including:
• Statutory Audits of companies and firms
• Internal Audits to assess process risks and control gaps
• Stock Audits for inventory verification and valuation
• Bank Audits, including concurrent and revenue audits
• Ensure all audits are conducted as per regulatory standards and within stipulated timelines.
• Review and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary data and resolve audit-related queries.
• Guide and supervise junior audit staff and ensure quality of work.
• Maintain accurate working papers and documentation in line with audit standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Dropout
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the field of audit
• Strong knowledge of:
• Audit procedures and standards
• Accounting frameworks (IND AS, AS, IFRS)
• Regulatory and compliance requirements
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.)
