ATL & Digital Marketing Manager


Your Role & Responsibilities:


Annual TV Campaign Planning & Execution (FCT & NFCT)

  • Strategizing and executing television advertising campaigns across both

    Fixed Commercial Time (FCT)

    and

    Non-Fixed Commercial Time (NFCT)

    slots
  • Selecting appropriate channels and time bands based on audience insights.
  • Coordinating with media agencies and broadcasters.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing placements.


Annual ATL & Digital Marketing Budget Planning

  • Leading the

    budgeting process

    for all ATL and digital marketing initiatives:
  • Forecasting spends across media channels and campaign types.
  • Allocating budgets based on historical performance and strategic priorities.
  • Ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI through regular budget reviews.


Paid Digital Advertising Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Managing all

    paid digital media efforts

    , including:
  • Planning campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic networks in coordination with digital agency
  • Defining audience targeting, creative formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Tracking KPIs like CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS to ensure campaign effectiveness.


Website, Social Media & SEO management

  • Manage and maintain company websites for accuracy, performance, and user experience.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct regular site audits for health, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external SEO/website management agencies to align goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.


ATL Planning and Coordination

  • Planning and executing

    ATL campaigns

    in TV, Radio, newspapers and magazines:
  • Identifying relevant channels, publications and negotiating ad placements.
  • Coordinating creative development and production timelines.
  • Ensuring timely release and monitoring reach and impact.


ATL & Digital Sponsorships and Collaborations

  • Managing

    Above-The-Line (ATL)

    and

    digital sponsorships

    , including:
  • Partnering with influencers, content creators, and media properties.
  • Negotiating sponsorship deals and co-branded content opportunities.
  • Aligning collaborations with brand objectives and campaign themes.


PR Management

  • Managing PR activities for FIL & MMF



Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in marketing / communications management
  • 10+ years in marketing/communications
  • Proven experience in managing media campaigns and cross-functional teams


Required Key Competencies:

  • Strategic planning and execution
  • Media buying and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Budgeting and ROI analysis
  • Familiarity with ATL, digital tools, platforms and analytics platforms
  • Social Media, SEO & Paid advertising
