ATL & Digital Marketing Manager

As the ATL & Digital Marketing Manager at Finolex Industries Limited, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence across offline and online channels. Your role involves coordinating television and digital advertising campaigns, managing budgets, overseeing paid digital advertising efforts, maintaining website and social media platforms, planning and executing ATL campaigns, managing sponsorships and collaborations, and handling PR activities for FIL & MMF. Your responsibilities include: - Planning and executing annual TV campaigns across FCT & NFCT slots, selecting appropriate channels and time bands, and monitoring campaign performance. - Leading the budgeting process for all ATL and digital marketing initiatives, forecasting spends, allocating budgets, and ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI. - Managing paid digital media efforts, planning campaigns across various platforms, defining audience targeting and bidding strategies, and tracking KPIs. - Overseeing website, social media, and SEO management, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with internal and external teams. - Planning and executing ATL campaigns in TV, Radio, newspapers, and magazines, identifying relevant channels, negotiating ad placements, and coordinating creative development. - Managing ATL and digital sponsorships, partnering with influencers, negotiating deals, and aligning collaborations with brand objectives. - Handling PR activities for FIL & MMF. The qualifications and experience required for this role include a Masters degree in marketing/communications management, a minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing/communications, and proven experience in managing media campaigns and cross-functional teams. Key competencies needed for this position include strategic planning, media buying, communication skills, budgeting, familiarity with ATL, digital tools, and analytics platforms, as well as expertise in social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
