Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
contracts and commercial documentation
for institutional and project customers.
Track
project billing, collections, and receivables
in coordination with Finance and Project teams.
Ensure
timely reconciliation
of customer accounts and adherence to payment schedules.
Support Sales and Project teams in
commercial negotiations
and
contract compliance
.
Analyze
commercial data
to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain
credit control
and assist in dispute resolution related to project payments.

Candidate Profile:

MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification with strong understanding of
project commercials, contracts, and credit control
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience :
4-8 years in
project-based industries
such as building materials, construction, EPC, or manufacturing preferred.
Salary: 1214 LPA
.
