Role Overview As a Hotel Supply Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding hotel partners across regions to expand TripJack s accommodation inventory. Your role will directly impact product depth, competitiveness, and user experience on our platform. Key Responsibilities Identify potential hotel partners (independent properties, chains, boutique hotels) in assigned regions or segments. Pitch TripJack s value proposition and onboard hotels onto the platform through effective negotiation and collaboration. Establish competitive commercial agreements (rates, inventory, promotions, commission structures). Develop strong relationships with hotel partners to drive ongoing collaboration and loyalty. Ensure seamless onboarding: rate loading, contract execution, content accuracy, and platform integration. Monitor hotel partner performance: rate competitiveness, conversion, availability, and reviews. Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, pricing, operations) to optimize hotel listings and resolve partner issues. Track acquisition targets and provide market insights to drive strategic supply growth.
