Asst Manager/Manager - Supply Acquisition - Hotels

As a Hotel Supply Acquisition Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in identifying, presenting to, and bringing on board hotel partners in various regions to enhance TripJacks" range of accommodations. Your responsibilities will have a direct impact on the depth of our product offerings, our competitiveness, and the overall user experience on our platform. Your main duties will include identifying potential hotel partners, which may include independent properties, hotel chains, and boutique hotels, in specific regions or market segments. You will be responsible for presenting the value proposition of TripJacks and successfully onboarding hotels onto our platform through effective negotiation and collaboration efforts. In addition, you will be tasked with establishing competitive commercial agreements with hotel partners, including negotiating rates, inventory allocations, promotional opportunities, and commission structures. Building strong and lasting relationships with our hotel partners to foster ongoing collaboration and loyalty will also be a key part of your role. Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hotel partners, which includes accurately loading rates, executing contracts, ensuring content accuracy, and integrating partners onto our platform, will be essential. You will also be required to monitor the performance of hotel partners, assessing factors such as rate competitiveness, conversion rates, availability, and customer reviews. Collaboration with internal teams, such as product development, content management, pricing strategy, and operations, will be necessary to optimize hotel listings and address any issues that arise with our partners. Additionally, tracking acquisition targets and providing market insights to support strategic supply growth will be part of your responsibilities.
