Position: Assistant Manager/Manager - Hospital Marketing

Job Summary:

The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing and business development initiatives to enhance the hospital’s visibility, patient footfall, and brand reputation. The candidate will drive both strategic and operational marketing activities, manage outreach programs, and strengthen relationships with doctors, corporates, and the community.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote hospital departments, consultants, and specialty services.
  2. Identify and engage new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, government panels, and institutional associations.
  3. Plan and execute community outreach programs, free health check-up camps, CME sessions, and awareness drives.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors, clinics, and local healthcare providers.
  5. Coordinate digital marketing efforts including social media management, content planning, and online campaigns.
  6. Support branding and communication through brochures, advertisements, outdoor media, and PR initiatives.
  7. Conduct market research to track competitors, service trends, and patient feedback to guide strategic decisions.
  8. Collaborate with clinical teams to design targeted promotional activities and patient engagement initiatives.
  9. Monitor monthly OPD/IPD growth, lead generation, and campaign performance to ensure achievement of targets.
  10. Maintain MIS and prepare regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and business outcomes.
  11. Manage vendor relationships and oversee execution of marketing collaterals, events, and campaigns.
  12. Ensure consistent brand visibility across all marketing channels in alignment with hospital standards.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM/BBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Hospital Administration.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, MS Office, and CRM systems.
