Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Arranging various materials within stipulated lead time to meet the Project Timelines. Techno-commercial negotiations with suppliers for quality, price and delivery. Delivery close loop. Supplier Follow-up for Deliveries. Coordinating between supplier and end user. To improve product quality, to clear scope of supply etc. Preparing Annual Rate Contracts for requirements of Bought Out Parts. Data Analysis and Action Planning for Performance Indicators like Schedule Adherence, Rework, Cost Saving etc. Achieve Cost Saving Through Alternative source developments, Volume Disc. , Indigenization and Other Initiatives. Resolution and deriving permanent action plans on material quality concerns. Productivity Improvement and Cost saving through other initiatives like VSM
