Position - Asst. Manager - Marketing Communications

JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Social Media Manager for our brand Teejh to develop, implement, track and optimize our content marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders and straight up hustlers and go getters who can Brainstorm , conceptualize & execute viral creative growth strategies, utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end customer’s experience across multiple channels and transform marketing communications into powerful , viral and engaging content.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Social Media Marketing - Conceptualize & execute creative & impactful social media content strategies across social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Linkedin , Youtube , Pinterest & Twitter keeping in mind the brand’s user experience & brand guidelines

Create original content that builds meaningful connections and encourages follower engagement

Ideate, implement and manage social media strategies to build stronger brand awareness and engagement.

Develop, launch and manage interesting contests, collabs and campaigns that promote our brands.

Ideation & execution of trending posts, reels and guides ideas for the brands

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and practices.

Should be a Creative Story teller pushing brand awareness to a new level.

Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using analytics tools

Manage posts /stories/reels etc as per Social media calendar for the month.

Initiate & execute collaborative talk sessions , live videos, workshops etc to engage with content creators, influencers and like-minded brands in order to create engaging content for our followers.

2.Influencer Marketing: Create and manage a pool of brand influencers and ambassadors, especially key fashion bloggers in order to increase & improve brand advocacy and endorsements.


3. Shoot Requests - Manage sourcing requests and build brand relationships with stylists and media channels


4. Brand Collaborations - Initiate & execute Brand affiliations , collaborations and PR activities


5. Internal Coordination -Cross-functional coordination with Digital marketing & Creative teams for execution of all campaigns and content strategies.


DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelors in Fashion communications or relevant field .
  • Graduates with 0-3 years of Social Media Marketing, Content Writing, Fashion Editorial and/or Public Relations experience in Media or Fashion brands.
  • Good to Excellent understanding of key social channels
  • Should be an articulate presenter & speaker , a strategic planner but above all, dynamic and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong flair for top-notch fashion content.
  • Extremely aware of global social trends and relevant fashion brands.
  • Strong Organization skills and Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and execute successful social media campaigns in the fashion sector
  • Strategic & Creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

10.Strong sense of fashion and aesthetics, along with a social and outgoing persona.

11.Possesses a “hands-on” approach and an ability to multitask in a fast paced start up environment

12.Candidates based out of Bangalore, and willing to join immediately will be given preference

13. A portfolio of work available for review

Willing to stretch beyond working hours when required in order to ensure timely work completion.

Passionate about Fashion, Retail & Social Media Content creation.

Skill(s) required

Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, SEO, Content Writing , PR skills, Blogging, Mailchimp

Salary – As per industry standards for 0-3 yrs experience levels

Employment – Full Time


Experience is a big plus but not necessary as long as you have the passion to learn .
