Asst Manager / Manager

• Collaborate with business teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, propose, and present technical solutions; prepare proposals, technical documentation, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Research and evaluate cutting-edge system and security technologies; conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) trials and demonstrate their effectiveness to customers.
• Support post-sales teams in the deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of System & security solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in solution offerings through quality checks and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and market positioning; communicate these insights to both internal teams and customers.
• Participate in RFP and tender processes by preparing technical compliance documents, cost estimates, and solution designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in various System & Security technologies and 3+ years of experience in presales or solution consulting for System & Security solutions.
• Expertise in Infrastructure solutions like Email, Backup, Monitoring, ITSM, UEM etc.
• Sound knowledge in Security solutions like EDR/XDR, IDAM, Email Security, Vulnerability Management, DLP, SIEM technologies.
• Hands on experience on majority of the tools is preferable.
• Should be familiar with OEM such as ManageEngine, TrendMicro, CrowdStrike, Veeam, Acronis, Forcepoint and similar leading OEMs.
• Continuous enablement and evaluation of new technologies.
• Knowledge on server-storage technologies is added advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Strong customer and OEM coordination.
