Job Description

  • To oversee the entire lifecycle of an incident to ensure prompt response, resolution, and recovery of IT services.
  • Coordinate with Service cross-functional teams to ensure a timely closure of call logged in system.
  • Manage IT helpdesk operations including incident management, problem resolution, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with vendors for timely resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Responsible for report submission to management, covering key performance metrics and operational updates.
  • Ensure timely closure of logged calls
