Assistant Manager cum Incharge (Customer Service & Operations)

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring quick response and professional service.
• Manage tour & travel bookings, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
• Supervise drivers, support staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee construction-related coordination – material procurement, labour management, and project updates.
• Handle billing, quotations, customer accounts, and MIS reports.
• Support in sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
• Monitor and improve customer service quality, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
• Take ownership of day-to-day operations and report directly to management.
