Job Description – Assistant Manager cum In-charge

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Postgraduate candidate to join as Assistant Manager cum In-charge. The role involves handling day-to-day operations in Tours & Travels and supporting activities in Construction Projects. Suitable for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Tours & Travels Division

• Handle customer enquiries for bus, car rentals, and tour packages.
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, and travel partners.
• Manage booking confirmations, ticketing, and customer support.
• Maintain records of trips, expenses, and customer feedback.

Construction Projects Division

• Assist in basic project documentation, quotations, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor material updates, site progress reports, and office records.
• Support in billing, purchase follow-up, and admin-related tasks.

General

• Maintain proper communication with management.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Handle office correspondence, mails, and calls.

Eligibility:

• Education: Postgraduate (Any PG discipline, MBA preferred).
• Experience: Freshers or 1–2 years experience (Travel / Construction / Admin).
• Skills Required:
• Good communication (English + Tamil).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
• Ability to multitask between Travel & Construction work.
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
