Job Description

Conduct safety training for all employees, contractors, and vendors, including HSE, IMS, and emergency response preparedness.
Perform daily site safety inspections, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
Investigate accidents and incidents, report findings, and implement remedial measures in coordination with First Aid and concerned departments.
Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with control measures.
Implement and monitor Work Permit System, checklists, SOPs, and legal compliance requirements.
Strengthen and coordinate the Emergency Response Team by conducting periodic mock drills and response training.
Act as Park System Coordinator for IMS activities, ensuring implementation of IMS standards and supporting top management in formulating IMS policies.
Prepare and maintain safety-related documentation, IMS/OHSAS records, and generate safety performance reports.
Guide and motivate employees, contractors, and vendors for effective HSE compliance and culture.
Support housekeeping, waste management, and environmental health initiatives.
Oversee safe material handling practices and coordinate lifting tools/tackles with third-party certifications.
Ensure procurement, availability, and proper use of firefighting appliances, First Aid equipment, and PPEs.
Conduct periodic safety committee meetings and awareness campaigns (PPE compliance, posters, and displays).
Review injury/ill-health cases from First Aid stations, analyze root causes, and recommend counter measures

BTech/ Graduation

Additional Qualification

PG Diploma in Industrial safety

Advanced Cardiac Life Support/BLS
