About the Role:
This role, you will play a vital part in driving our sustainability roadmap, embedding ESG principles into our business practices, and ensuring compliance with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and execution of ESG & sustainability strategies aligned with company goals
Collect, validate, and analyze ESG-related data (energy, emissions, water, waste, social impact, governance)
Assist in preparing sustainability reports (GRI, BRSR, CDP, SDGs, etc.)
Ensure compliance with ESG regulations and disclosure requirements
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for ESG initiatives
Drive projects in energy efficiency, waste management, water stewardship & carbon footprint reduction
Support training and engagement programs to build a culture of sustainability
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or related field
3–7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles
Knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, BRSR, TCFD, SDGs)
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with passion for sustainability and positive impact
