Job Title: Asst Manager / Dy Manager – Pharma & FMCG Only

Location: Mumbai (Only Candidates from Mumbai)

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mon-Fri)

Qualification: Full-Time MBA only

Salary: Up to 18 LPA

Profile Details:

• Level / Band - Asst Manager / Dy Manager
• Functional Domain - HRBP with fair ER knowledge and excellent functional HR domain expertise.
• Qualification – Full time MBA
• Experience – anything ranging between 5 to 15 yrs as the compensation band – our offer range will be between 10L to 18L depending upon the person’s current experience and salary; on which we will give a decent hike for this change.
• Hands on Powerpoint and Excel expertise – with data analysis and reporting
• Fair English communication – both written & verbal with ability to draft communications
• Ability to facilitate induction presentations or general engagement programmes both physical and virtual
• Comes from either Pharma domain experience or from any FMCG or Sales HR experience
• Reporting to DGM, HR

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end ELC management for an independent Business Unit
• Familiar with managing HR responsibilities – as HRBP for a business size of 300+ in Field
• Hands on experience in Hiring, IJP Management, familiar with ER handling of Domestic Inquiry with external IO.
• Drive HRConnect forums and ensure various initiatives to help engage & retain talent
• Partner with field leaders to drive the BU and HR agenda
