Asst. HR Manager

The HR Manager role at our leading manufacturing company in north-east involves overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, managing talent acquisition and development, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive organizational culture. As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will provide guidance on HR-related issues and drive initiatives to support business goals. Your key responsibilities will include strategic HR planning, talent acquisition and management, employee relations and engagement, compensation and benefits administration, compliance and risk management, training and development, HR administration, and leadership and team management. You will work closely with senior management to identify organizational needs, oversee recruitment processes, manage employee performance, address employee relations issues, ensure competitive compensation packages, maintain compliance with employment laws, identify training needs, and lead and mentor the HR team. To qualify for this position, you should have an MBA in Human Resource with 7-9 years of experience in Pan India recruitment. The location for this job is Guwahati, and it is a full-time, permanent role.
