Role & responsibilities Handling HR Operations project. Coordinate with Plant HR Team for Manpower planning, Recruitment, onboarding, joining formalities of new joiners, new hire orientation, induction and exit interviews, documentation and audit accuracy, factory compliances and administrative part. Coordinate and make sure that the Safety Compliances should be followed at Plant level. Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors issue a various letter i.e. Warning Letter, abscond letter, show cause notice etc. for Misconduct. Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors send recovery mails/legal notices to employees also coordinate with external lawyer for pending recovery of F & F. Coordinate and in guidance of Seniors run a POSH Policy Compliance. MIS and reporting Talent management, Employee relations, Compliance, and operational HR excellence at the plant level ~ Should be comfortable in visiting plants which are in other cities
