What You’ll Do
o Learn and understand the concepts of alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) and ODR. o Drive new projects and initiatives around mediation, ODR, trainings, and institutional collaborations. o Research emerging mediation models and contribute to thought leadership initiatives. o Administer and manage mediation cases on the Presolv360 platform. o Support mediators and parties through efficient case coordination and communication. o Collaborate with leadership to design and execute innovative mediation programs. o Gather insights from users and mediators to suggest platform and process improvements. o Build and nurture networks with mediators, institutions, and ecosystem partners. o Coordinate mediator empanelment, training, and engagement activities. o Represent Presolv360 in external mediation events, dialogues, and forums. Skills/Qualifications o 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in ADR/ODR. o LLB / LLM graduate. o Excellent drafting and written and verbal communication skills. o Advanced proficiency in word processing software (like MS Word). o Meticulous with an eye for detail. o Willingness to learn and take initiative. o Passion to work with people for the people.
