About the Brand:
Dr. Lajiba is a fast-growing herbal wellness company offering natural healthcare and personal care solutions. As part of their expansion across Tamil Nadu, they are seeking passionate and result-driven Sales Managers to lead regional sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and stockists in your region.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Guide and develop local sales teams.
• Execute marketing and promotional activities.
• Collect and report market feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG / Pharma / Herbal / Ayurveda product sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-focused, and willing to travel.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
