About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate UI/UX Designer to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging user experiences and visually appealing interfaces, along with a solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions.

Design intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, and CRM platforms that deliver seamless user experiences

Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.

Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver a seamless user experience.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

6 months – 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good communication skills.
