Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Associate UI/UX Designer to join our team at Codemonk. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for designing user-centered interfaces and experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and develop innovative solutions.
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and designs that meet business goals and user needs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and visual designs to communicate design concepts.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing experience in UI/UX design with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging interfaces.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
Ability to iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
