Associate UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive user interfaces and delivering seamless user experiences for our digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging designs. Key Responsibilities: - Create user-centric designs based on business requirements and user feedback. - Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications. - Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation aligns with the design intent. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance the designs. - Maintain design consistency with brand guidelines. - Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 1-1.5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems. - Ability to create interactive prototypes and flows. - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
