Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

• Create wireframes, user flows, UI mockups, and prototypes using

  Figma

• Assist in maintaining

  design systems and reusable UI components

• Ensure designs are

  responsive, consistent, and on-brand

User Experience & Research

• Participate in user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback.
• Collaborate with senior designers and PMs to make data-driven design decisions.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and simple user journeys.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Prepare design handoffs, presentations, and reports using MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Support in competitor analysis, UX documentation, and feature write-ups.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Learning & Growth

• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and frameworks.
• Take initiative to improve your design craft and learn new tools.
• Receive

  hands-on mentorship

  from experienced designers and PMs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 02 years of experience in UX/UI design (internship/freelance acceptable).
• Proficient in Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, collaboration.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiar with MS Office or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
• Basic understanding of

  UX principles, design hierarchy, and responsiveness

  .

Bonus Points For

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, XD, FigJam, or Canva.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend collaboration.
• Experience with design systems or cross-functional projects.
• Certifications or coursework in UX/UI Design.
