Job Description

Provide oversight on outsourced Transfer Agent services and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls teams.
Support Share Class setup for timely execution of deliverables.
Manage and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
Liaise with Transfer Agents to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Engage in proactive relationship management with stakeholders.
Influence and drive change based on business and client requirements.
Learn and apply automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Assist in root cause analysis to improve client experience.
Adhere to governance frameworks and update policies for compliance.
Review operational processes to identify enhancements and escalate risks.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Demonstrate strong knowledge of Banking and Client Money segregation.
Show initiative to improve and challenge existing processes.
Communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal awareness.
