Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 1-5 years of experience to join our team as an Associate - Tele Collection in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, located in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee tele collection operations to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on collection performance metrics to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks associated with tele collection activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI industry practices and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
