Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with 1-4 years of experience to join our team as an Associate - Tele Collection in Equitas Small Finance Bank, located in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve customer complaints through telephonic communication.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments and update customer accounts.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and escalate potential fraud cases to senior management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele collection or a related field.
Strong knowledge of BFSI operations and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
