KeyResponsibilities:
-Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications inServiceNow.
-Work across various ServiceNow modules like IT Service Management (ITSM), ITOperations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM),Integrated Risk Management (IRM), HR Service Delivery, and others.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize theplatform accordingly.
-Create and customize ServiceNow workflows and forms for an enhanced userexperience.
-Ensure the implementation of best practices within the ServiceNowplatform.
-Provide technical support and guidance on ServiceNow capabilities.
-Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools and software.
-Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.
-Prepare and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and applicationconfiguration.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relatedfield.
-Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of theServiceNow platform.
-Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery,and Custom Application Development.
-Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant webtechnologies.
-Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
PreferredSkills:
-ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator or any module Implementation certification .
-Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
-Knowledge of ITIL processes
