Associate Technical Account Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support

  larger customer accounts

  with a focus on retention and satisfaction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and coordinate technical issues
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams
• Analyze customer needs and ensure effective use of Kapture
• Track, document, and escalate issues when required
• Provide guidance to customers to drive product adoption and value
• Prepare reports, insights, and updates for internal stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year experience working with Kapture

• Prior

  technical support

  or customer-facing tech experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze issues and think proactively
• Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach

Who Can Apply

• Internal candidates from the

  Helpdesk team

• Must have

  at least 1 year of experience in Kapture

• Prior technical support experience

  will be an added advantage
