Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Coordination

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Support onboarding activities in coordination with HR Operations.

Reporting & Data Analytics

Create and maintain dashboards to track recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire, pipeline status).
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment performance reports for leadership.
Analyze hiring trends and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Provide insights using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR analytics.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience with ATS platforms .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to HRIS systems and recruitment technologies.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
