Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as an Associate- Services on a contract basis. Your main responsibilities will include managing various services such as AMC tracking, housekeeping, security, event management, procurement, office logistics, budgeting, and documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Track and manage AMC contracts effectively. - Supervise and coordinate housekeeping services, security services, and outsourced service providers. - Organize logistics for Board-level meetings, including stay, transport, catering, and venue setup. Manage lunch/tea arrangements, Sodexo/Pluxee cards, flower arrangements, and refreshments. - Maintain daily staff cabs, insurance, and related billing. - Manage leased office equipment like printer/scanner/photocopier machines, intercom, Dish connection, and other telecom systems. - Coordinate the printing of office materials such as visiting cards and ID cards. - Procure and distribute office stationery, maintain inventory, and oversee library operations and courier/DAK-related activities. - Prepare annual budgets, track expenditures, and handle scrap disposal through e-auction. - Prepare Bill of Quantities, estimates as per DSR/Market rate, tender documents, evaluation of bids, award contracts, and monitor procurement activities. - Carry out day-to-day supervision and monitoring of work and AMCs as per specifications. - Assist in the preparation of documentation. Qualification Required: - You should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. - At least 4 years of relevant work experience is required, preferably in dealing with Govt. organizations. - Experience in administration, facility management, or corporate services is preferred. - Experience in procuring through GeM Portal and handling AMC contracts, vendor coordination, and budgeting is advantageous. - Knowledge of dealing with property-related matters and CVC guidelines for procurement is desirable. - Good command over English Language and working knowledge of MS Office tools like PPTs, MS Word, and MS Excel is necessary.
