Associate (Services)

As an Associate- Services on contract, your role will involve managing various responsibilities related to administration, facility management, and corporate services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking and managing AMC contracts - Managing housekeeping services, security services, and outsourced service providers - Organizing logistics for Board-level meetings, including stay, transport, catering, and venue setup - Managing daily staff cabs, insurance, and related billing - Coordinating maintenance of office equipment like printer/scanner/photocopier machines, intercom, Dish connection, and telecom systems - Procuring and distributing office stationery, maintaining inventory - Overseeing library operations and courier/DAK-related activities - Preparing annual budgets, tracking expenditures, and disposal of scrap through e-auction - Preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, awarding contracts, and monitoring work activities - Handling documentation and other procurement-related tasks Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university - Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in dealing with Govt. organizations - Experience in administration, facility management, or corporate services - Familiarity with GeM Portal procurement, AMC contracts, vendor coordination, and budgeting - Knowledge of property-related matters and CVC guidelines for procurement - Proficiency in English language and MS Office applications like PPTs, MS Word, and MS Excel To apply for this position, you can submit your Resume/Biodata via email at contract@ifciltd.com.
