Job Description

We're looking for

Associates

Salary

: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Implement dashboards and reports to track system performance and data flow
Monitor and resolve daily data and file processing issues in adverse event systems
Document system bugs, resolutions, and preventive measures to support process stability
Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, ensuring quality compliance
Coordinate with internal and external teams for issue resolution and system enhancements
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance standards
Automate repetitive testing and support continuous validation for system updates
Support root cause analysis, regression testing, and test script development
