Role Description

This is a full-time/parttime hybrid role for an Associate, based in Jaipur, with the possibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Associate will assist in day-to-day operations, perform administrative and supportive tasks, contribute to team projects, and collaborate with various departments to ensure an effective workflow. Responsibilities also include supporting project management activities, conducting research, preparing reports, and ensuring timely communication within teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in research, analysis, and preparing detailed reports
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and work independently when required
  • Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office Suite or other relevant software
  • Adaptability to hybrid work environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
