We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate

In this role, you will:

• Ensure that a high level of awareness about Compliance, Money Laundering and other legal and regulatory requirements are always maintained.
• Support achievement of team objective, exhibit ownership of the business.
• By investigating and resolving the Suspected Hit messages by ensuring timeliness and quality of response, match the individual productivity and quality levels with center target productivity and quality standards.
• High accuracy of complex processing to meet stringent cut-off times and minimize financial loss to the bank. Ensure error free and quality processing.
• Understanding critical documentation and interpreting information and risk involved
• Good organizational skills, ability to handle work independently and thorough understanding of the job objectives.
• The job requires general awareness of banking operations and responsibilities include, Completion of the relevant compliance checks on the suspected hit messages within cut-off times.
• A high level of awareness about compliance is always maintained. The job involves financial and reputation risk so all the referrals should be sorted out within Service Level Agreement

To be successful you will:

• A Bachelor’s/master’s degree. Experience in Sanctions and Anti Money Laundering Payments within depth knowledge of other payment gateways. Flexibility to work in shifts .
• Broad experience of how the different financial circumstances of customers is reflected in their account activity and the ability from that experience to recognize when activity is suspicious rather than unusual or in keeping.
• Proven track record of strong focus towards high levels of Quality and Customer Service.
• Need to build strong process knowledge covering all aspects of Sanctions Name Screening & Payments Screening to effectively handle escalations raised by the team.
• Decision making under pressure, giving due consideration to quality, time scales and cost.
• To fully understand the existing regulatory environment and processes of the business and impact on day-to-day activities.
• To be aware of changes and updates in the process and compliance world which will impact performance and share the same with colleagues in time.
